Faites chauffer le lait et fondre le chocolat. D\u00e9taillez les tranches de pain en morceaux. Battez les \u0153ufs et le sucre au robot. Incorporez le lait chaud, le fromage blanc, le chocolat fondu, le beurre, les morceaux de pain, le cacao et l\u2019essence de vanille. M\u00e9langez bien. Versez dans des ramequins l\u00e9g\u00e8rement beurr\u00e9s et faites cuire au four au bain-marie 35 \u00e0 40 min. Laissez refroidir et d\u00e9moulez.\u00a0<br \/>Pour la d\u00e9coration : faites fondre le chocolat. A l\u2019aide d\u2019une poche \u00e0 douille, faites des zigzags dans le fond des assiettes avec le chocolat fondu.
