Ajoutez l\u2019\u0153uf et la farine restante. M\u00e9langez sans trop travailler la p\u00e2te. Couvrez le saladier et gardez au frais 6 heures.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C, thermostat 6. Epluchez les pommes, coupez-les en petits d\u00e9s. Dans une po\u00eale, faites cuire la moiti\u00e9 des petits d\u00e9s et la cr\u00e8me jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils deviennent une compote. R\u00e9servez. Sur un plan farin\u00e9, \u00e9talez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie sur une \u00e9paisseur d\u2019environ 1 cm. Tapissez-en un moule \u00e0 tarte beurr\u00e9 \u00e0 fond amovible et enfournez environ 15 minutes. Sortez le moule du four, \u00e9talez sur le fond la compote de pommes, posez dessus les d\u00e9s de pommes crus et les amandes effil\u00e9es.
