Faites revenir dans 3 cuiller\u00e9es d&rsquo;huile chaude. Ajoutez les haricots et la tomate \u00e9cras\u00e9e dans un peu d&rsquo;eau. Couvrez d&rsquo;eau et laissez mijoter. Vous pouvez rajouter un peu d&rsquo;eau si cela est n\u00e9cessaire pour terminer la cuisson. Pilez la mie de pain, hachez le persil et ajoutez-les \u00e0 la viande, ainsi que les \u0153ufs et le fromage. Malaxez le tout avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois et versez dans un moule rond \u00e0 haut bord, pr\u00e9alablement huil\u00e9. Mettez \u00e0 four chaud (thermostat 7).\u00a0<br \/>Lorsque le dessus est bien dor\u00e9, sortez le tajine du four et d\u00e9moulez pendant qu&rsquo;il est chaud.
