Dans une jatte, m\u00e9langer la farine, la levure, le sel, les herbes, le piment et le parmesan.\u00a0<br \/>Ajouter le beurre mou et l&rsquo;\u0153uf. Travailler la p\u00e2te directement aux doigts jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle devienne homog\u00e8ne et ajouter enfin les olives hach\u00e9es. \u00c0 l&rsquo;aide de 2 petites cuill\u00e8res, d\u00e9poser de petites boules de p\u00e2te de la taille d&rsquo;une noix bien espac\u00e9es sur une plaque de four recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<br \/>Aplatir chaque noix \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un verre en un cookie d&rsquo;un 1\/2 cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur. Enfourner 20 mn.
