Orange veille, en outre, \u00e0 assurer une \u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale, en r\u00e9compensant les contributions individuelles et en \u00abneutralisant les effets exog\u00e8nes\u00bb, notamment ceux li\u00e9s \u00e0 la parentalit\u00e9. Son management RH avance un \u00e9cart salarial (corrig\u00e9 de l\u2019anciennet\u00e9) de +\/-1% en faveur des femmes.
