Pendant ce temps, lavez les \u00e9pinards, \u00f4tez les queues. Quand l&rsquo;eau bout, plongez-y les \u00e9pinards et laissez-les cuire 5 mn. \u00c9gouttez, laissez refroidir et pressez-les pour en extraire le maximum d&rsquo;eau. Versez le yaourt dans un petit r\u00e9cipient. Pressez l&rsquo;ail et ajoutez-le.\u00a0<br \/>Salez, poivrez, ajoutez une pinc\u00e9e de cannelle. Hachez grossi\u00e8rement les \u00e9pinards, puis m\u00e9langez-les au yaourt.\u00a0<br \/>Rectifiez l&rsquo;assaisonnement, on doit sentir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la cannelle.
