Dans une marmite, ajouter l&rsquo;oignon hach\u00e9 et l&rsquo;huile. Les laisser revenir durant 5 \u00e0 10 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen. \u00c9plucher et couper en petits d\u00e9s les carottes et le c\u00e9leri. D\u00e8s que l&rsquo;oignon est tendre, ajouter deux litres d\u2019eau et les l\u00e9gumes coup\u00e9s en petits d\u00e9s. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition durant 45 min ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient cuits. Ajouter le concentr\u00e9 de tomates et les petits pois. Laisser cuire 10 min ensuite le poisson et les crevettes. Rectifiez l\u2019assaisonnement. Dix minutes avant de servir, ajouter les p\u00e2tes (vermicelles ou autre).
