beurre<\/li>\n<li>5 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019eau de g\u00e9ranium<\/li>\n<li>Pour la cr\u00e8me\u00a0: 1 litre, 4 jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs, 6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sucre et 6 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019amidon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration du mesfouf :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>M\u00e9langer le mesfouf avec l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et frotter les graines entre les mains;<\/li>\n<li>Mettre le tout dans le haut d\u2019un couscoussier et remplir le bas\u00a0 avec de l\u2019eau bouillante;<\/li>\n<li>Faire cuire le tout (30 minutes);<\/li>\n<li>Disposer le mesfouf dans un bol, verser une grande quantit\u00e9 d\u2019eau bouillante, puis m\u00e9langer;<\/li>\n<li>Remettre \u00e0 cuire dans le couscoussier (20 minutes);<\/li>\n<li>Pour la deuxi\u00e8me fois : redisposer le mesfouf dans un bol, verser une grande quantit\u00e9 d\u2019eau bouillante, puis m\u00e9langer;<\/li>\n<li>Remettre \u00e0 cuire dans le couscoussier (20 minutes);<\/li>\n<li>Une fois le masfouf cuit, ajouter le beurre, le sucre et l\u2019eau de g\u00e9ranium, puis bien remuer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration de la cr\u00e8me:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>M\u00e9langer le lait, le sucre et l\u2019amidon;<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs puis mettre \u00e0 feu doux;<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer et remuer sans cesse \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un fouet manuel jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019une cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Dressage\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Poser une couche de mesfouf dans des verrines, puis une couche de cr\u00e8me, recouvrir d\u2019une autre
