Et peut-on \u00e9tendre \u00e0 d\u2019autres les principes dont elles se sont inspir\u00e9es\u00bb.<\/strong><\/em><\/span> <span id=\"more-304906\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Jim Collins a r\u00e9uni ses efforts avec ses \u00e9quipes de chercheurs pendant 5 ans pour trouver le secret de la conversion \u00e0 l\u2019excellence. Pour \u00e9tablir un rep\u00e8re, Collins est parti sur la base de 11 entreprises s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es pour leurs performances boursi\u00e8res tr\u00e8s sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles de leur secteur. Elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 compar\u00e9es \u00e0 leurs concurrentes. L\u2019\u00e9quipe de Collins en a conclu que <em>\u00abloin des strat\u00e9gies flamboyantes men\u00e9es \u00e0 grand renfort de communication, la transition vers l\u2019excellence s\u2019est faite discr\u00e8tement sans strat\u00e9gie pr\u00e9alable, sous l\u2019impulsion de leaders au profit modeste\u00bb<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Les conclusions sont \u00e9tonnantes. Plus, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019issue de la comparaison que ces entreprises, au lieu d\u2019imposer leur vision, ont cherch\u00e9 les meilleurs collaborateurs. La strat\u00e9gie fut d\u2019accentuer le d\u00e9bat au sein de l\u2019entreprise. Selon le travail comparatif, ce qui a pay\u00e9 est le choix d\u2019un concept simple guidant l\u2019activit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise, la d\u00e9termination sans faille des dirigeants \u00e0 le mettre en \u0153uvre, une discipline de fer d\u2019abord appliqu\u00e9e au sommet de la hi\u00e9rarchie.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span> Jim Collins a enseign\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Stanford.
