{"id":129311,"date":"2021-10-07T06:36:44","date_gmt":"2021-10-07T10:36:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/linitiative.ca\/International\/les-avocats-interpellent-le-president-tebboune\/"},"modified":"2021-10-07T06:36:44","modified_gmt":"2021-10-07T10:36:44","slug":"les-avocats-interpellent-le-president-tebboune","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/linitiative.ca\/International\/les-avocats-interpellent-le-president-tebboune\/","title":{"rendered":"Les avocats interpellent le pr\u00e9sident Tebboune"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<div class=\"sriret\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linitiative.ca\/International\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2021\/10\/default-picture-709x366_c-17.jpg\"><\/div>\n<p>Les avocats du d\u00e9tenu politique et g\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u00e0 la retraite, Ali Ghediri, ne d\u00e9mordent pas.<\/p>\n<p>Ils d\u00e9noncent son maintien en d\u00e9tention et sa condamnation, le 23 septembre dernier, \u00e0 quatre ans de prison ferme par le juge pr\u00e8s le tribunal criminel d\u2019Alger, pour un dossier qualifi\u00e9 de \u00abvide\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 introduit un appel de cette d\u00e9cision, le collectif de d\u00e9fense de l\u2019ancien candidat \u00e0 la candidature pr\u00e9sidentielle avort\u00e9e du 18 avril 2019 lance un appel au chef de l\u2019Etat, Abdelmadjid Tebboune.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abJe saisis cette occasion pour lancer un appel solennel au Pr\u00e9sident pour lui dire que l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie nouvelle n\u2019aura pas lieu avec Ali Ghediri en prison.<\/p>\n<p>Je l\u2019appelle pour qu\u2019il se soucie de cette affaire et pour que la justice retrouve son fonctionnement normal respectueux du droit\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Me Miloud Brahimi, lors d\u2019une conf\u00e9rence de presse, anim\u00e9e hier \u00e0 Alger.<\/p>\n<p>Une conf\u00e9rence anim\u00e9e conjointement avec des membres du collectif de d\u00e9fense du d\u00e9tenu, en l\u2019occurrence Mes Khaled Bourayou, Amara Abdelhafid et Berch Hatem.
