Le coordinateur national du MDS a, une nouvelle fois, refus\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre jug\u00e9 \u00e0 distance.<\/p>\n<p>Pourtant, le 5 d\u00e9cembre dernier, un juge avait ordonn\u00e9 son extraction. <em>\u00abLe proc\u00e8s de Fethi Ghares report\u00e9 pour refus de son extraction alors que le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019audience l\u2019a ordonn\u00e9 et le parquet ne l\u2019a pas ex\u00e9cut\u00e9\u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 l\u2019avocate Zoubida Assoul.
