Le ministre du Commerce, Sa\u00efd Djellab, a annonc\u00e9 ce dimanche \u00e0 Alger, que les jeunes entrepreneurs peuvent d\u00e9sormais avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un registre de commerce sans disposer d\u2019un si\u00e8ge social pour leur soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Sa\u00efd Djellab, lors de son intervention sur les ondes de la Chaine 3 de la Radio nationale a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00ab Un jeune qui a une id\u00e9e, un projet, il peut enregistrer l\u2019adresse de son domicile chez le notaire pour avoir son registre de commerce. Ce n\u2019est pas la peine qu\u2019il cherche une location ou un cr\u00e9dit pour louer un local, son adresse est valable au niveau de son registre de commerce \u00bb. Le Centre national du registre de commerce, a \u00e9t\u00e9 instruit par le minist\u00e8re en charge pour l\u2019application de la nouvelle loi, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise par voie d\u2019un arr\u00eat\u00e9 minist\u00e9riel.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
