Faites cuire le riz \u00e0 l\u2019eau bouillante, \u00e9miettez les deux fromages. Lavez soigneusement les courgettes et r\u00e2pez-les \u00e9galement (comme des carottes). Pelez l\u2019oignon et \u00e9mincez-le. Faites-le revenir quelques minutes dans une po\u00eale anti-adh\u00e9sive, sans mati\u00e8re grasse. Retirez-le, ajoutez l\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans la po\u00eale et faites cuire les courgettes r\u00e2p\u00e9es pendant 5 min en remuant bien. Salez, poivrez, m\u00e9langez avec l\u2019oignon, le riz et le fromage blanc. Graissez un plat \u00e0 gratin allant au four et versez dessus cette pr\u00e9paration. Dans un saladier, battez les \u0153ufs avec la cr\u00e8me, le curry, le sel et le poivre. Incorporez le reste des deux fromages \u00e9miett\u00e9s.
