{"id":17646,"date":"2019-02-26T05:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-02-26T10:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/linitiative.ca\/International\/poulet-en-clafoutis\/"},"modified":"2019-02-26T05:00:00","modified_gmt":"2019-02-26T10:00:00","slug":"poulet-en-clafoutis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/linitiative.ca\/International\/poulet-en-clafoutis\/","title":{"rendered":"Poulet en clafoutis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>2 petits blancs de poireaux coup\u00e9s en tron\u00e7ons de 1 cm, 200 g de blanc de poulet coup\u00e9 en petits cubes, 2 \u0153ufs, 20 cl de lait concentr\u00e9 non sucr\u00e9, 1 c. \u00e0 soupe de farine, 1 pinc\u00e9e de sel, 1 pinc\u00e9e de poivre, 2 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de persil, 25 g de beurre, 16 tomates cerises.<\/strong><\/em><br \/>Je pr\u00e9chauffe le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (Th. 6).<br \/>Je fais cuire les poireaux dans l&rsquo;eau pendant 10 min.<br \/>Dans une po\u00eale, je fais revenir \u00e0 feu vif les cubes de poulet pendant quelques minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Puis, dans un saladier, je m\u00e9lange les \u0153ufs, le lait concentr\u00e9 et la farine.
