synth\u00e8se de l\u2019ensemble des commissions permanentes relatif au projet de loi portant approbation du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tunisienumerique.com\/35-435-projets-proposes-dans-le-plan-du-developpement-2026-2030\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Plan de d\u00e9veloppement<\/a> 2026-2030,
