Ce geste, longtemps balis\u00e9 par un empilement de circulaires bancaires, vient d&rsquo;\u00eatre red\u00e9finie par la loi de finances 2026. Voici ce qui a r\u00e9ellement chang\u00e9, et ce qu&rsquo;il faut v\u00e9rifier avant de signer.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le tableau a longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 simple \u00e0 d\u00e9crire : un Tunisien install\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger reste, aux yeux de la r\u00e9glementation des changes, un peu plus \u00ab chez lui \u00bb qu&rsquo;un \u00e9tranger ordinaire lorsqu&rsquo;il ach\u00e8te un bien en Tunisie.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis 1993, le Tunisien r\u00e9sident \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger (TRE) conserve, en raison de sa seule nationalit\u00e9, la qualit\u00e9 de r\u00e9sident pour acqu\u00e9rir un immeuble, des droits immobiliers ou un fonds de commerce en dinars, alors m\u00eame qu&rsquo;il vit et d\u00e9clare ses imp\u00f4ts \u00e0 des milliers de kilom\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n<p>Ce statut hybride, ni tout \u00e0 fait r\u00e9sident ni tout \u00e0 fait \u00e9tranger, reste la cl\u00e9 de vo\u00fbte du dispositif.
