Les trois notaire ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9voqu\u00e9s de leurs fonctions pour infraction aux obligations et \u00e0 la d\u00e9ontologie de la profession et atteinte \u00e0 son honneur.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Un autre arr\u00eat\u00e9\u00a0 de la ministre de la justice en date du 27 juillet 2026 a mis fin aux fonctions d\u2019un expert judiciaire \u00e0 Gabes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>L\u2019expert judiciaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 radi\u00e9 d\u00e9finitivement de la liste des experts judiciaire pour avoir commis des fautes professionnelles et atteinte \u00e0 l\u2019honneur et aux obligations de la profession selon les articles 18, 19 et 25 de la loi n\u00b093-61 du 23 juin 1993, relative aux experts judiciaires, telle que modifi\u00e9e et compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par la loi n\u00b02010-33 du 21 juin.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"simplesocialbuttons simplesocial-round-btm-border simplesocialbuttons_inline simplesocialbuttons-align-left
