Sur un mois, l\u2019indice des prix \u00e0 la consommation progresse de 0,5 %.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019INS rel\u00e8ve notamment une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du rythme de progression des prix du groupe \u00ab Alimentation \u00bb, pass\u00e9 de 6,8 % en juillet \u00e0 <strong>7,8 % en ao\u00fbt<\/strong>. La derni\u00e8re colonne compare la moyenne des huit premiers mois de 2026 \u00e0 celle de la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de 2025.<\/p>\n<h2>Volaille, fruits, viandes : les hausses les plus fortes sur un an<\/h2>\n<p>Sur un an, le groupe \u00ab Produits alimentaires et boissons \u00bb affiche une hausse de <strong>7,5 %<\/strong>. Ce p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre est distinct du groupe \u00ab Alimentation \u00bb \u00e0 7,8 % cit\u00e9 par l\u2019INS dans son commentaire sur l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration observ\u00e9e en ao\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le d\u00e9tail, les prix de la <strong>volaille augmentent de 16,5 %<\/strong> sur un an, ceux des <strong>fruits frais de 15,2 %<\/strong>, de la viande ovine de 14,7 %, de la viande bovine de 13,6 % et du poisson frais de 10,9 %. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, les huiles alimentaires reculent de <strong>4,3 %<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les produits manufactur\u00e9s augmentent de <strong>4,7 % sur un an<\/strong>, notamment sous l\u2019effet de la hausse de 9 % de l\u2019habillement et des chaussures. Les services progressent de <strong>4,3 %<\/strong>, principalement en raison de l\u2019augmentation de 15,6 % des prix des services d\u2019h\u00e9bergement.<\/p>\n<h2>Les prix augmentent de 0,5 % en un mois<\/h2>\n<p>Entre juillet et ao\u00fbt, l\u2019indice g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des prix \u00e0 la consommation progresse de <strong>0,5 %<\/strong>. Cette \u00e9volution s\u2019explique principalement par la hausse de 2,4 % du groupe \u00ab Alimentation et boissons \u00bb et de 0,8 % du groupe \u00ab Sant\u00e9 \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Les groupes \u00ab Enseignement \u00bb et \u00ab Restaurants et h\u00f4tels \u00bb progressent chacun de <strong>0,9 %<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En sens inverse, les prix de l\u2019<strong>habillement et des chaussures reculent de 4,7 % en ao\u00fbt<\/strong> sous l\u2019effet des soldes d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, tout en restant en hausse de 9 % sur un an.<\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019inflation sous-jacente remonte l\u00e9g\u00e8rement<\/h2>\n<p>Hors produits alimentaires et \u00e9nergie, l\u2019inflation sous-jacente s\u2019\u00e9tablit \u00e0 <strong>4,9 % en ao\u00fbt<\/strong>, contre 4,8 % en juillet.<\/p>\n<p>Sur les <strong>huit premiers mois de 2026<\/strong>, l\u2019indice g\u00e9n\u00e9ral affiche une progression moyenne de <strong>5,2 %<\/strong> par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de 2025.
