D&rsquo;autre part, l&rsquo;eau permet d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer les d\u00e9chets (urines) et de r\u00e9guler la temp\u00e9rature de notre corps (transpiration)&#8230; Certaines eaux min\u00e9rales contribuent \u00e0 la couverture de nos besoins quotidiens en min\u00e9raux : selon leur composition, elles peuvent \u00eatre plus ou moins riches en calcium ou en magn\u00e9sium, riches en sulfates d\u2019o\u00f9 un certain effet diur\u00e9tique ou encore riches en bicarbonates, aux vertus digestives reconnues.
