Riz : 400 g. Oignon :\u00a0<br \/>1. Ail : 1 gousse. 400 g de sauce tomate \u00e9pic\u00e9e. Concentr\u00e9 de tomates : 2 c. \u00e0 soupe. Cumin en poudre : 1\/2 c. \u00e0 soupe. Persil hach\u00e9 : 2 c. \u00e0 soupe. Huile de tournesol : 2 c. \u00e0 soupe. Eau : 25 cl. Coriandre fra\u00eeche :\u00a0<br \/>1 bouquet. Sel, poivre\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\u00c9pluchez l&rsquo;ail et l&rsquo;oignon et hachez-les. D\u00e9taillez le poulet en cubes. Dans une casserole, faites chauffer l\u2019huile \u00e0 feu moyen et faites revenir l\u2019oignon pendant 3 minutes. Ajoutez l\u2019ail et le riz. M\u00e9langez bien. Incorporez le concentr\u00e9 de tomates, le cumin, le persil, la sauce tomate, l\u2019eau ainsi que le poulet. Salez, poivrez, couvrez et faites cuire pendant 25 minutes \u00e0 feu doux.
