Ajoutez 50 g de beurre, du sel, du poivre et faites revenir sur feu moyen pendant 5 \u00e0 6 min. Lavez les courgettes et d\u00e9coupez-les en b\u00e2tonnets. Lavez les tomates, coupez-les en 4 et retirez les graines. Mettez 50 g de beurre dans une po\u00eale et ajoutez les courgettes, faites-les sauter pendant quelques minutes, puis ajoutez les tomates, le basilic, l&rsquo;estragon, du sel et du poivre. Couvrez et laissez cuire 10 min. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 th.7 (210\u00b0C). D\u00e9posez les tranches de fromage sur les tournedos. S\u2019ils sont trop \u00e9pais, d\u00e9coupez-les en 2 dans l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur. D\u00e9posez les tournedos dans un plat \u00e0 four. Enfournez pour 5 \u00e0 6 min. Le fromage doit \u00eatre bien dor\u00e9.
