{"id":27657,"date":"2019-04-13T06:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-04-13T10:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/linitiative.ca\/International\/gratin-de-chou-fleur-sur-lit-de-viande-hachee\/"},"modified":"2019-04-13T06:00:00","modified_gmt":"2019-04-13T10:00:00","slug":"gratin-de-chou-fleur-sur-lit-de-viande-hachee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/linitiative.ca\/International\/gratin-de-chou-fleur-sur-lit-de-viande-hachee\/","title":{"rendered":"Gratin de chou-fleur sur lit de viande hach\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>500 g de viande de b\u0153uf hach\u00e9e, 1 carotte, 1 courgette, 1 oignon, 1 tomate, persil, herbes de Provence, 3 gousses d&rsquo;ail, 1 kg de chou-fleur, 100-150 g de fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9, 50 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide, 1 \u00e0 2 c. \u00e0 s. de farine, sel, poivre<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Faire cuire le chou-fleur (il doit rester un peu croquant).<br \/>Pendant ce temps, faire revenir dans une po\u00eale l&rsquo;oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9, la viande hach\u00e9e, la carotte hach\u00e9e ou d\u00e9coup\u00e9e en lani\u00e8res, la courgette d\u00e9taill\u00e9e (lani\u00e8res ou hach\u00e9e).<br \/>D\u00e9couper la tomate en cubes et la mettre avec le reste. Ecraser l&rsquo;ail et laisser un peu revenir le tout avec le sel, le poivre, les herbes de Provence, le persil. Garnir un plat \u00e0 gratin de cette pr\u00e9paration. Ajouter un peu de fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9.<br \/>D\u00e9poser sur la viande le chou-fleur \u00e9goutt\u00e9.<br \/>R\u00e9aliser une sauce avec la cr\u00e8me et un peu de farine, en faisant chauffer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une consistance de b\u00e9chamel. Assaisonner. Verser la sauce sur les l\u00e9gumes. Ajouter le reste du fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9.
