Retirez du feu et laissez infuser 30 min.<\/strong><\/em><br \/>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 150\u00b0C (th.5). Cassez les \u0153ufs dans un saladier, ajoutez le sucre et battez-les au fouet. Pendant ce temps, portez le lait \u00e0 la limite de l&rsquo;\u00e9bullition. Attendez 2 min et versez le lait chaud progressivement sur le m\u00e9lange aux \u0153ufs sans cesser de m\u00e9langer. Beurrez 6 ramequins et versez-y ce m\u00e9lange. Posez les ramequins sur la l\u00e8chefrite et versez-y de l&rsquo;eau bouillante pour une cuisson au bain-marie. Enfournez au milieu du four pour 35 min de cuisson, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les flans soient bien fig\u00e9s. Laissez refroidir avant de filmer chaque ramequin et de r\u00e9server au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.
