Ajouter ensuite les \u00e9pices et la coriandre. Recouvrir d\u2019eau \u00e0 hauteur, fermer, baisser le feu et laisser tout simplement mijoter pendant environ 30 minutes tout en surveillant de temps en temps. Ajouter les raisins secs et le miel, rectifier l\u2019assaisonnement si besoin et laisser cuire encore une dizaine de minutes.
