Cuire \u00e0 la vapeur. Une fois cuites, laisser refroidir.<br \/>A c\u00f4t\u00e9, pr\u00e9parer votre marinade : dans un saladier, mettre le jus de citron, l\u2019ail, le persil, la coriandre, le cumin, le paprika, le sel et l\u2019huile d\u2019olive. M\u00e9langer bien le tout.<br \/>Mettre d\u00e9licatement les aubergines dedans et disposer dans une bo\u00eete en plastique herm\u00e9tique, ajouter par dessus le reste de la marinade (la chermoula) et couvrir le tout avec de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, il faut que les aubergines soient bien couvertes.
