Faire cuire les \u0153ufs pendant 10 minutes.\u00a0 Les \u00e9caler, les couper en deux dans le sens de la longueur et pr\u00e9lever les jaunes. D\u00e9ssaler les anchois dans de l&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de pendant 30 minutes.Les \u00e9goutter. D\u00e9noyauter les olives et laisser quelques-unes de c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour la d\u00e9coration. Dans un bol, hacher les anchois, les c\u00e2pres et les olives. Ecraser grossi\u00e8rement les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs \u00e0 la fourchette puis les ajouter au hachis.<br \/>Garnisser les demi-\u0153ufs durs du m\u00e9lange et d\u00e9corer chacun d&rsquo;une olive. Disposer les \u0153ufs farcis aux anchois sur les feuilles de laitue et des cubes de tomates, parsemer de persil hach\u00e9.
