{"id":34108,"date":"2019-05-13T06:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-05-13T10:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/linitiative.ca\/International\/tajine-aux-petits-pois-et-poulet\/"},"modified":"2019-05-13T06:00:00","modified_gmt":"2019-05-13T10:00:00","slug":"tajine-aux-petits-pois-et-poulet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/linitiative.ca\/International\/tajine-aux-petits-pois-et-poulet\/","title":{"rendered":"Tajine aux petits pois et poulet"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>3 cuisses de poulet, 2 gros \u0153ufs, 1 kg de petits pois, 300 g de champignons, 3 oignons hach\u00e9s, 20 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide, 1 citron, 2 cuil. \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, 1\/2 cuil. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cannelle en poudre, 1\/2 cuil. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poivre blanc moulu, 1\/2 cuil. \u00e0 soupe de sel.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dans une marmite, mettez l&rsquo;huile, les oignons hach\u00e9s, les cuisses de poulet, le sel, la cannelle, le poivre blanc et faites revenir sur le feu pendant 5 min. Ajoutez 1 litre d&rsquo;eau, fermez et laissez cuire 35 min sous pression.<br \/>Quand le poulet est cuit, retirez-le et incorporez \u00e0 la sauce les petits pois, puis les champignons lav\u00e9s et \u00e9goutt\u00e9s. Laissez cuire, en remuant de temps en temps, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la sauce soit compl\u00e8tement r\u00e9duite.<br \/>Enlevez les os et la peau des cuisses de poulet, \u00e9miettez-les et ajoutez-les aux petits pois et aux champignons. M\u00e9langez puis versez dans un plat allant au four.<br \/>Dans un saladier, battez les \u0153ufs, ajoutez la cr\u00e8me, puis versez le m\u00e9lange sur les l\u00e9gumes en le r\u00e9partissant bien.<br \/>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four 10 min \u00e0 200 C (th. 7) et enfournez pendant 20 min.
