Une fois la langue boullie, lui enlever la peau et la couper en morceaux.<br \/>\u00a0Joindre dans une marmite contenant l\u2019huile la langue, ainsi que les pois chiches en surveillant le niveau de la sauce.\u00a0<br \/>Laisser cuire jusqu\u2019a ce que la langue soit fondante.
