Ajouter 1 c. \u00e0 c. de sel, 1\/2\u00a0 c. \u00e0\u00a0 c. de poivre et 1 c. \u00e0 c.\u00a0 de curcuma. Faire revenir pendant 5 bonnes minutes \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 250\u00b0. Couper les feuilles de bricks en fines bandelettes, et les mettre dans un plat allant au four. Arroser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et enfourner pendant 5 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les bandelettes soient bien dor\u00e9es.<br \/>Sans \u00e9teindre le four, sortir les bandelettes de bricks et les m\u00e9langer dans un grand plat avec la pr\u00e9paration au curcuma.<br \/>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer 2 c. \u00e0 s. de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche,\u00a0<br \/>3 \u0153ufs et le fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9. Saler, poivrer, et bien remuer.
