Mixer les ingr\u00e9dients pour obtenir une p\u00e2te liquide homog\u00e8ne. Verser la p\u00e2te obtenue dans un bol. lui incorporer le beurre fondu en m\u00e9langeant avec une spatule en bois. Couvrir la p\u00e2te avec un film alimentaire et la r\u00e9server au frais pendant 30 minutes. Cuire les cr\u00eapes dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive et les tartiner de confiture. M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la cr\u00e8me pour obtenir une pr\u00e9paration homog\u00e8ne.\u00a0 Tapisser un moule \u00e0 manqu\u00e9 de papier sulfuris\u00e9\u00a0 (du m\u00eame diam\u00e8tre que les cr\u00eapes) et y empiler les cr\u00eapes enduites de confiture.<br \/>Verser la cr\u00e8me sur les cr\u00eapes et faire cuire dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 1800C pendant 25 \u00e0 30 minutes.
