Ajouter l\u2019oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 et l\u2019ail pil\u00e9, le b\u00e2ton de cannelle et faire revenir. Couvrir avec un peu d\u2019eau et laisser cuire, la viande doit devenir fondante et la sauce r\u00e9duite.
