Former des boules et creusez-les au centre.\u00a0<br \/>D\u00e9posez-les dans un plat allant au four sur la sauce tomate que vous aurez pr\u00e9par\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance. Faites cuire les pommes de terre \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau bouillante, les \u00e9craser en pur\u00e9e, leur ajouter la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, le fromage, saler et poivrer.\u00a0<br \/>Formez des boules avec cette pur\u00e9e et\u00a0 placez-les au centre de la viande, ou utilisez une poche \u00e0 douille. Saupoudrez de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9.
