Coupez-les en petits d\u00e9s. \u00c9cossez les petits pois, lavez les \u00e9pinards. Faites blanchir s\u00e9par\u00e9ment tous les l\u00e9gumes dans de l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e. Faites fondre le beurre dans une po\u00eale, ajoutez les \u00e9pinards dans une autre po\u00eale, faites chauffer\u00a0 l\u2019huile, ajoutez les oignons, les \u00e9pices, le cube de viande et m\u00e9langez pendant 10 mn. \u00c9talez les feuilles de bricks d\u00e9poser la farce sur toute la largeur. Roulez les feuilles sur elles-m\u00eames pour leur donner la forme d\u2019un serpentin. Collez l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 avec du jaune d\u2019\u0153uf. Avec le beurre restant, enduisez les m\u2019hanchate.
