Ajouter les \u00e9pices et l\u2019ail. Recouvrir le r\u00e9cipient d\u2019un film alimentaire et laisser mariner le tout durant 24h au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. Dans une marmite \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais sur feu doux, d\u00e9poser la viande et sa marinade. Ajouter l\u2019eau,\u00a0 \u00a0l\u2019huile et laisser cuire \u00e0 feu doux jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la viande devienne tendre, et la sauce onctueuse. Ajouter alors les raisins secs, lav\u00e9s et \u00e9goutt\u00e9s, le miel. Remuer la marmite de temps en temps en la tenant par les anses, ne pas utiliser d\u2019ustensile afin que la viande reste intacte. Retirer la marmite du feu lorsque la viande est caram\u00e9lis\u00e9e et la sauce devenue dor\u00e9e.
