Avec un couteau, faire des petites incisions afin que les \u00e9pices p\u00e9n\u00e8trent dans la viande. Badigeonner la viande et bien masser.\u00a0<br \/>Couvrir et laisser mac\u00e9rer. Placer dans un grand plat allant au four, ajouter la sauce de la marinade restante, arroser, couvrir le plat avec du papier aluminium et faire cuire au four chaud pendant 2 heures, voire plus. De temps \u00e0 autre, l\u2019arroser avec la sauce et ajouter l\u2019eau ou, encore mieux, un bouillant chaud. Quand le gigot est cuit, le badigeonner de beurre et le laisser dorer.
