Badigeonnez d\u2019huile un plat \u00e0 gratin. Mettez le riz et l\u2019eau dans une grande casserole, portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, couvrez et laissez fr\u00e9mir 25 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019eau soit absorb\u00e9e. Transvasez le riz dans un r\u00e9cipient et laissez refroidir 5 min. Ajoutez le reste des ingr\u00e9dients, sauf le paprika, dans le riz. Mettez dans le plat, saupoudrez de paprika et faites cuire au four 50 min. Laissez refroidir 5 minutes avant de servir avec des l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 la vapeur ou mettez au frais pour consommer froid avec une salade.
