D\u00e9coupez en petits morceaux la pomme de terre. Faites deux tas de grains de poivre et concassez-les s\u00e9par\u00e9ment. Plongez les tomates 30 secondes dans l\u2019eau bouillante. Retirez la peau et les p\u00e9pins puis hachez la chair. Dans une casserole, faites fondre sans coloration dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive les oignons et l\u2019ail.\u00a0<br \/>Ajoutez la chair des tomates, la pomme de terre et 5 grains de poivre concass\u00e9s. Versez le bouillon de volaille, puis ajoutez le tabasco et la branche de thym. Salez et versez l\u2019eau froide.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, baissez le feu, puis laissez cuire 20 min \u00e0 feu doux. Fouettez la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse. Mixez le cr\u00e9meux.
