Mettre dans un saladier les lamelles de calamars, le jus de citron, l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, le cumin, le piment fort, le sel et le poivre, et laisser mariner pendant 2 heures, puis les \u00e9goutter. Battre les \u0153ufs en omelette, ajouter les calamars \u00e9goutt\u00e9s, bien m\u00e9langer. Mettre dans une assiette la farine, le curry, le gingembre, le sel et le poivre, bien m\u00e9langer. Passer chaque lamelle de calamar dans la farine \u00e9pic\u00e9e. Les faire frire dans un bain d&rsquo;huile chaude jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient dor\u00e9s.
