Naoufel Chtara est un manager et sp\u00e9cialiste dans la gestion des h\u00f4tels. Il d\u00e9marre sa carri\u00e8re dans ce secteur en 1990. Apr\u00e8s diverses postes de responsabilit\u00e9 dans plusieurs structures h\u00f4teli\u00e8res, il atteint finalement en 2002, des postes de direction. En 2013, il occupe son premier poste de directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Cette nouvelle charge lui a ouvert les portes dans des postes de direction en Tunisie, son pays d\u2019origine, en Gambie au Burkina Faso, Mali et C\u00f4te d\u2019ivoire, d\u2019o\u00f9 il provient \u00e0 destination du Cameroun.<\/p>\n<p>Dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 en Commerce, sa riche exp\u00e9rience et sa bonne connaissance de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie ont certainement \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cisifs dans son choix effectu\u00e9 par la <strong>Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nationale des cocotiers (SNC)<\/strong> et le <strong>Groupe Accor<\/strong>, principaux partenaires du projet \u00ab<em>Pullman Rabingha<\/em>\u00bb. <strong>Oumarou Fadil,<\/strong> vice-pr\u00e9sident de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nationale des cocotiers, Consul honoraire de C\u00f4te d\u2019ivoire au Cameroun pr\u00e9sente \u00ab<em>le sens relationnel, la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 f\u00e9d\u00e9rer les \u00e9quipes autour des projets, et la recherche effr\u00e9n\u00e9e des r\u00e9sultats probants<\/em>\u00bb du nouvel entrant. \u00ab<em>Des qualit\u00e9s qui inspirent confiance<\/em>\u00bb, pense Oumarou Fadil.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019h\u00f4tel \u00ab<em>Pullman Rabingha<\/em>\u00bb de Douala, ancien \u00ab<em>Le M\u00e9ridien<\/em>\u00bb, a \u00e9t\u00e9 repris par l\u2019enseigne Pullman en 2015. Naoufel Chtara retrouve un h\u00f4tel de luxe en pleine r\u00e9novation, situ\u00e9 au bord du fleuve Wouri, \u00e0 Bonanjo, le quartier administratif de Douala.
