Sert \u00e0 faire le feuilletage.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9tremper\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>M\u00e9langer \u00e0 la main la farine et l&rsquo;eau, le lait ou les \u0153ufs.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Dorer\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>Etendre la dorure au pinceau.\u00a0<br \/>Dorure :\u00a0<br \/>\u0152ufs entiers battus, additionn\u00e9s d&rsquo;une goutte d&rsquo;eau ou de lait.
