Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 inhum\u00e9 le m\u00eame jour au cimeti\u00e8re de Sidi Ahmed-Amokrane \u00e0 Jijel. Le d\u00e9funt a d\u00e9but\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re en 1961 comme arbitre d\u00e9partemental (ligue de Constantine). Il a arbitr\u00e9 le championnat d\u00e9partemental de 1962 \u00e0 1966 puis, promu arbitre d\u2019inter-ligues en 1967, arbitre f\u00e9d\u00e9ral en 1974, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9 comme arbitre international en 1977 par le CCA (FAF). Formateur aupr\u00e8s de la LFW Jijel de 1984 \u00e0 1988, pr\u00e9sident de la CWA de Jijel en 1989, suite \u00e0 la d\u00e9mission de Aliane Belkacem. Pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9 pour prendre la pr\u00e9sidence de la LFWJ en 1992.
