Faites-le de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9tendue, sans forcer, en inspirant et en soufflant lentement et profond\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n<p>Le dos : Ce mouvement appel\u00e9 \u00abchien-chat\u00bb a pour but d&rsquo;assouplir la colonne vert\u00e9brale.<br \/>Position de d\u00e9part : Mettez-vous \u00e0 quatre pattes, bras tendus.<br \/>En inspirant lentement, creusez progressivement le dos en gonflant le ventre et en sortant les fessiers.\u00a0<br \/>En soufflant, arrondissez le dos en rentrant le ventre et en serrant les fessiers.<br \/>Dur\u00e9e : Maintenir chaque position pendant 20 secondes : 5 fois le dos creux, 5 fois le dos rond.<br \/>Conseil : Si les positions \u00abdos rond et dos creux\u00bb sont douloureuses, ne forcez pas.
