{"id":66831,"date":"2019-11-07T05:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-11-07T10:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/linitiative.ca\/International\/rechta-au-poulet\/"},"modified":"2019-11-07T05:00:00","modified_gmt":"2019-11-07T10:00:00","slug":"rechta-au-poulet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/linitiative.ca\/International\/rechta-au-poulet\/","title":{"rendered":"Rechta au poulet"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>Poulet (cuisses et blanc), 1 oignon, 5 navets, sel, poivre, 500 g de rechta, 1 c. \u00e0 c. de cannelle, grosse poign\u00e9e de pois chiches tremp\u00e9s la veille, huile\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dans un couscoussier, mettre l\u2019huile \u00e0 chauffer, ajouter\u00a0 les morceaux de poulet et l\u2019oignon r\u00e2p\u00e9, les \u00e9pices.\u00a0<br \/>Laisser revenir quelques minutes.<br \/>Ajouter l\u2019eau bien chaude\u00a0 et\u00a0 les pois chiches, couvrir et laisser cuire.<br \/>Verser 2 c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile\u00a0 \u00e0 la rechta fra\u00eeche, bien m\u00e9langer et la disposer dans le haut du couscoussier. Laisser cuire 15 minutes.<br \/>Verser la rechta dans\u00a0 un grand plat.<br \/>Prendre une bonne\u00a0 louche de la sauce et l\u2019arroser\u00a0 tout en la d\u00e9tachant.\u00a0<br \/>Laisser absorber, puis la remettre\u00a0 dans le haut du couscoussier pour 15 mn encore.
