Faites la m\u00eame chose dans l&rsquo;autre sens de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 obtenir des carr\u00e9s de pain.<br \/>Faites fondre le beurre (quelques secondes au micro-ondes en mode d\u00e9cong\u00e9lation) et ajoutez-y le persil hach\u00e9, l&rsquo;ail s\u00e9ch\u00e9 et un peu de sel. Remplissez les interstices du pain avec ce m\u00e9lange. Coupez la mozzarella et disposez \u00e9galement les morceaux dans les interstices du pain.<br \/>Couvrez le pain h\u00e9risson d&rsquo;aluminium et enfournez 15 minutes. Pass\u00e9 ce d\u00e9lai, \u00f4tez l&rsquo;aluminium et laissez encore cuire 15 minutes. Servez imm\u00e9diatement !<br \/>note\u00a0<br \/>N&rsquo;utilisez pas de pain frais du jour, laissez-le vieillir 2 ou 3 jours avant de confectionner ce pain h\u00e9risson.
