Pelez les oignons et ciselez-les finement. Hachez les feuilles d&rsquo;origan et de persil. Faites revenir la viande de b\u0153uf dans 3 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile, sur feu vif, en \u00e9crasant la viande \u00e0 la fourchette. Incorporez-y les oignons et laissez-les fondre, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient translucides. Retirez du feu.\u00a0<br \/>Ajoutez l&rsquo;origan et le persil. Salez et poivrez. S\u00e9chez soigneusement les rondelles d&rsquo;aubergines avec du papier absorbant. Faites cuire les aubergines dans de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive \u00e0 la po\u00eale pendant 5 min de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9. Etalez le hachis de b\u0153uf et les aubergines dans un plat, en couches altern\u00e9es. Terminez par les aubergines. M\u00e9langez le yaourt et le parmesan. Nappez-en la pr\u00e9paration.
