Et en fin d&rsquo;exercice, maintenez la position d&rsquo;extension pendant plusieurs secondes.\u00a0<br \/>En fin de s\u00e9ance, n&rsquo;oubliez pas d&rsquo;\u00e9tirer vos triceps. Pliez un bras derri\u00e8re la t\u00eate, main pos\u00e9e au niveau des omoplates.
