Beurrez un moule de 20 cm de diam\u00e8tre. Faites fondre la moiti\u00e9 du beurre dans une po\u00eale, puis laissez dorer l\u2019ail et l\u2019oignon hach\u00e9s pendant 5 min \u00e0 feu doux. Lavez les \u00e9pinards et mettez-les dans la po\u00eale. Laissez cuire quelques minutes. \u00c9gouttez le tout en pressant fortement. Faites fondre le beurre restant. Placez une feuille de brik dans le moule et badigeonnez-la de beurre fondu. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez l\u2019op\u00e9ration jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la derni\u00e8re feuille. \u00c9talez les \u00e9pinards sur la p\u00e2te et saupoudrez de roquefort \u00e9miett\u00e9. Dans une terrine, battez les \u0153ufs avec la cr\u00e8me, la muscade et le poivre. Versez ce m\u00e9lange sur les \u00e9pinards. Faites cuire 30 min au four. Laissez ti\u00e9dir et d\u00e9moulez.
