Laisser la p\u00e2te reposer au moins 30 minutes. Fariner le plan de travail, abaisser la p\u00e2te sur une \u00e9paisseur de 1 cm . A l\u2019aide d\u2019un emporte-pi\u00e8ce de 8 cm de diam\u00e8tre, pr\u00e9lever des ronds. A l\u2019aide d\u2019un emporte-pi\u00e8ce plus petit pr\u00e9lever un petit cercle au milieu de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 obtenir des sortes de roues bien calibr\u00e9es. Faire frire les cercles dans un bain de friture pr\u00e9alablement chauff\u00e9, \u00e0 petit feu feu, car les you-you colorent rapidement. Laisser refroidir.
