Les poser en couches \u00e9gales dans le fond du plat et parsemer de beurre. D\u00e9poser les morceraux de\u00a0 gigot et enfourner.<br \/>Apr\u00e8s 15 min, lorsque la viande\u00a0 commence \u00e0 dorer, la retourner.<br \/>Laisser cuire encore 15 min et le retourner \u00e0 nouveau.<br \/>Baisser le thermostat \u00e0 6 (180\u00b0C) et laisser la cuisson se poursuivre 40 min.
