Pour son service All\u00f4 veille permettant d\u2019informer et d\u2019orienter les personnes soup\u00e7onnant une infection au Covid-19, le minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 ne peut prendre que 8 appels \u00e0 la fois. \u00abUn centre d\u2019appels, qui a propos\u00e9 ses services, nous a confirm\u00e9 que nous ne prenions que 15 \u00e0 20% des appels. Il sera donc question de passer par le call center pour filtrer les cas. Les plus s\u00e9rieux seront transf\u00e9r\u00e9s ensuite vers notre num\u00e9ro\u00bb, confie la direction de l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9miologie. Selon la direction, de nombreuses personnes appellent carr\u00e9ment pour des consultations en ligne, un soutien psychologique, ou encore, pour plaisanter.<\/p>\n
